A leading insurance company launched various mobile applications for iPhone, Android and Blackberry over the years. We were retained to perform a heuristic study of their mobile applications, competitive analysis of applications on the market and create roadmap to the future.
Prescription Benefit Management Company
Heuristic Evaluation & Intranet Redesign - One of the largest prescription benefit managers (PBMs) was initiating a redesign of their employee-facing portal. We were tasked with assessing the current design of the Intranet website and conducting a heuristic evaluation of the website. Based on our findings, we redesigned the site enhancing the search functions, content delivery and overall visual appearance of the website. In addition, crafted new processes to support key activity sets such as claim support and customer service.
Leading Retail Office Supply Giant
User Experience & Development - Following an internal assessment of their B2C website, this retailer requested we perform a usability evaluation of core functions of the website to achieve a more cohesive experience and increase conversions through the web channel. This included Sign On, Shopping Cart, My Account, Store Locator, Order Review and other prominent areas. In addition to the web channel we provided recommendations on the impacts to the mobile channel to create experience consistencies specific to the delivery method.

User Experience & Development - Moving offline processes and products to the online channel is a significant challenge for banking institutions. This bank envisioned moving their Treasury Management functions, specifically FX, to the web. We established the information architecture for the dashboard portal and design to ensure a successful user experience for their B2B Portal.
